Hey Owl,
Acoustic Club # 8 here. I still owe you some pics, I have not forgotten. As you may recall, my stuff was on layaway, well, it still is. I may be broke for buying any new gear out right these days (bills, bills, bills

) but I'm still determined. Many thanks to the folks at GC for working with me on my dream rig (2 x Acoustic B200H's, 1 x B115, 1 x B410 and even an oldie but goodie, Acoustic Control Corp Model 126, there was no way I was going to pass that up). Good things take time, Great things take longer. Acoustic is the way to go! I'm surprised to see that folks have not joined up here lately, showing the Acoustic Love, if you will as it certainly seems that many have become hip to the fact that Acoustic is not only back but is back in a very big way. Soon (late Oct. early Nov.)we will get to see their new B600H head released (450W RMS @ 4 Ohms, 600W RMS @ 2 Ohms). The GAS just never stops. Also, we should see Acoustic USA launch their first products in December (a.k.a in about 3 months

) Their stuff should be without a doubt "Legendary". I'm hoping that both the Acoustic Amplification and Acoustic USA will offer their products to the good folks at Bass Gear Magazine, awesome rag BTW if you have not yet checked it out. Then as I predict, many more folks perhaps will have a greater appreciation for the awesome tonal flexibilty and sheer power these two companies have worked so diligently to bring into the Bass Amp market arena and by doing so will restore the Acoustic name to it's rightful position therein.

Lastly, as of this morning, the guy on the radio mentioned that the rumor has yet again resurfaced. That being that Mr. Page, Mr. Jones and young Mr. Bonham are not just working on some stuff together but are actually rehearsing for a tour that may be planned for 2009. Apparently, Mr. Plant may not be joining them but we'll see. What I'm getting at here is, that when the mighty Zeppelin does again take flight, I for one am certainly hopeful that JPJ will indeed have ACOUSTC Bass Amps standing there behind him!

Any other Acousticians with me here?
Play On!
