I don't have a bass tab but I did get into investigating the chorus vocal break ( And; And; And You Put The Load On Me . . .) and found some interesting variations.
If the band was doing it by themselves it's a 3/4 measure coupled with a 4/4 that gives it that timing but if they performed with anyone else (The Last Waltz and other live recordings) they kept both measures as 4/4.
