I recently bought this bass built by John Cruz.
Didn't understand the tone knob, allthough i liked what i did.
Sounds like a midcut kind of thing.
I mailed the Fender customshop and now i get it.
So, more than enough low end for me!
Wait... what? That's an incredible bass regardless!

So can you never solo the P pickup? Pretty odd setup, but neat. What type of pickup is it that is under the guard?
I have known several dudes named Rick over the years and they have all been pretty decent guys. And then there'e Rick from Magnum P.I..... I mean come on who could hate that guy. I don't get the whole "Rick hate" thing.
