The Beer Home Brewers Thread

If my fermenting buckets and carboy (and corny) weren't full I might pull the trigger here. Thanks for posting!

Get 'em for later. Throw the yeast in the fridge and it should be fine for about a year or so.

I still have 2 of those kits left. Might brew that or another saison next week.

This one is simply a great summer beer that's not too heavy. Mine went really fast.

Hmmmm. Maybe I will. I have three buckets filled right now with a cider for a half barrel. Once my buckets are free, I'll be looking to fill them again... :D

Thanks!

Looks like my buddy and I will be getting into home brewing very soon! We've been reading through John Palmer's How to Brew site, and I believe my friend also has an e-book he's looking through. I also just read this whole thread, so I'd like to think I'm in good company if any questions or problems arise. To say the least, I can't wait to start! :)

I recently brewed a couple of Flanders Reds that will sit in a corner for the next 12-18 months. I scored some ECY Flemish Ale for one and the other got Roeselare. I also got a vial of ECY Bugfarm that I hope to get started soon.

I brewed a hoppy red ale the other day with Cascade, Centennial, and Citra that smells amazing already and I haven't dry hopped it yet. Looking forward to that one.
