Otherwise it's actually beautiful. My local fish shop had a stinray with the same markings not to long ago. i can't wait to graduate to saltwater aquariums!

I've seen Octopussy, but can't remember now. If it was a Blue ring, then it would have only been about the size of a ping pong ball at the most. They are only little chappies. Certainly pack a punch though. No anti venom is available either.

Turns out the Mantis shrimp sees in the ultraviolet spectrum, so I was way off.

IIRC Bee's can see in the UV too.
