Could you elaborate on this?

I was in Penang, Malaysia on holiday and we found this little seafood restaurant at the side of the road. So we went there for lunch. Dad saw the mantis shrimp in one of the tanks and it was stated that they were on promotion. Each of them were about 2USD each cooked. So we requested it to be stir fried in butter(butter prawns and butter crabs are very popular in Malaysia and Singapore because they taste great).

Come to think of it, they taste a lot more like crayfish than lobster actually. Very chewy, great texture, but slightly tough.
