Yep, I have a single and a double… great stands. They also have a nice little compact stand that folds up and fits in a gig bag, I don’t have one… yetThe only brand of stand I buy any more.
I have a single available to take if I need it, a double in my gig bag, and a fiver at home.I keep the Hercules EZPack in my gig bag! Super great to have at practices and gigs, whenever I get back to those..
Speaking of that fiver...I have a single available to take if I need it, a double in my gig bag, and a fiver at home.

I did mention it to a young player from church (15 y/o stringed multi-instrumentalist/Bass, electric and acoustic guitars) who loved the idea of it. His mother even said she wouldn't mid the trip, but they have no place to put a behemoth like that (especially after he just go a larger Marshal combo.) She is very supportive of his passion for music, as well as all of us at church are too.So far, lookers only.![]()
Good idea, but I'm not into game-playing. It works, it's free, or it goes to the curb.I'm not so sure, Gone. Your price, or lack thereof, leaves no room for negotiation, no chance for anyone to "make a killer deal"! A $0 price screams, "Beware! Something is wrong with this amp!"
Try marking it as "Was $299.95. Now marked down to JUST $149.90 !!" Now you're open to not only looky-loos, but to low-ballers, too! When they offer something like "$50 Cash" (or whatever) you can hmm & haw around a bit, repeat that it's totally functional, original owner, in great condition, blah blah blah, then ask if they can possibly do any better, but when they say "final offer" you just heave a big slow sigh and "very reluctantly" give in and clench the sale! They "make a killing" on a great amp and you get some beer money! Everybody's happy.![]()
Depending on where in Central FL, I'll even deliver it when I go to visit family in Wtr.Gdn.I did mention it to a young player from church (15 y/o stringed multi-instrumentalist/Bass, electric and acoustic guitars) who loved the idea of it. We're up in Ocala. I know you said before you were willing to go to Orlando.Depending on where in Central FL, I'll even deliver it when I go to visit family in Wtr.Gdn.
Edit: I'm also not into being up this early, but I had a "dawnmare"(early A.M nightmare).![]()
Ocala(or somewhere in between W.G. and Ocala)would be doable I guess. We're up in Ocala. I know you said before you were willing to go to Orlando.
The kid's mom and I are both in the same boat, little to no room. I'm looking to clearing out some of my guitars and gear. Even though I don't play much guitar anymore, there is some I want to keep.
That’s a steal!Howdy Folks
It's been awhile. I haven't been on TB much lately due to the new format. Anyway, I got a new combo this week and thought I'd drop by to show it off. Paid a great price for it! 125 USD!
Here is a pic of it alone and with the family.

+1. Or, just get really lucky, like my brother did once. He had an old college car, a beater station wagon, that he wanted to get rid of. So, instead of just scrapping it, he put it in the front yard of a friend's garage sale. A dad showed up with his 16-year-old son who just got his driver's license. Dad was looking for a car that he wouldn't shed any tears over if it got damaged or destroyed. My brother's friend called him and told him to get his butt over there, that he had a fish on the line. My brother showed up and dad asked him what the price was. My brother asked him what is was worth to him and the dad said "he's only got $325". My brother said "Hmm, I was hoping to get $400 for it. Let me think." After a short wait, he said "What the heck, it's his first car, right? OK, he can have it for $325." Dad was thrilled to get a beater. The kid was overjoyed to get a car, any car, even though the only door that worked was the back door on the passenger side. The kid had to get in and climb over the front seat. My brother, who would have happily taken $25 for it laughed all the way to the bank.I'm not so sure, Gone.
