The Combo Club

You mean nothing cooler than a Kustom COMBO bass amp tuck and roll! :smug:

2X12 in luscious champagne sparkle! This is the COMBO club ya know! ;)

Ah! Mea culpa, young beni hendrix. It is, indeed, The Exalted Combo Club. So, this is what I should have offered for an example of my lottery bucket list:

They really are eye catching beautiful looking combo/amps...I assume they sound just as good? Kustom was sold here in my city years ago but I never tried one. I should have, but my Peavey MKIV head / 1820 cab had everything going for it and kept me a happy camper for many years. Still does lol.

"Do they sound good?"

Giff, those are from the '70s! Did you not have them down under back then?

DOH! Ok, I am another bozo on the bus. I've shamed myself for posting a pic of a guitar amp. Said mistake has been corrected. I stand fully guilty of such sin and am prepared for my atonement.

Bwahahahaaa!! You can't fully correct it on your original post, beni. Your faux pas (not a biggie, BTW) is permanently recorded in the replies at the top of this page. :roflmao:

I'll take one in red!

IIRC there were at least a couple, maybe more, shades of red 'back in the day'. You'll have to be more specific, preferably by posting an example. :D

Love, love, love it, beni! That's a beauty! Not at all familiar with "Krossroads", but looks totally cool!

I love it as well - I just acquired an AWFUL case of GAS...
Vintage Krossroad AR200 Red Tuck and Roll Cover Bass Amp Amplifier PICKUP ONLY ! | eBay

Some info on Krossroad amps from another ad: This is a rare Krossroad model AR200 bass combo amp. This amp was made in Chanute, KS by the founder of Kustom amps Bud Ross, who recently passed away this Spring. (His son actually delivered this amp to our store.) Bud Ross' amps were used by countless music legends. This is a one owner amp, it has never been repaired or worked on. Everything is original. It's in great condition, and includes the amp cover and power cable.
