The Combo Club

The one La Contessa linked is 35#, but $965. Thankfully, I don't need it. Want it? Whole nuther story.

What has my attention when I think of a 15 inch cab I don't have when I think about the Orange Terror I don't have is this 25 pounder

I doubt the Dog's back would like it very much. Remember, the next time it goes outta the house will be either(A) when I get a decent camera/phone to shoot a new garage door/group amp shot, or(2) when I move/croak.

You mean like use it as a casket? Brilliant idea, GP. In fact, I may steal that idea and use my PJB as an urn.

For the price and a little more weight, I would go for this one, in fact, I did:

It’s definitely a serviceable cabinet provided ya put a little juice in her. This has been a good “combo” for me...

Both incredible vessels in very different ways. The Yorktown served in WWII, Korea, and Viet Nam. The Enterprise was the first nuclear powered aircraft carrier. Immense, quiet, clean, impressive. One of them still exists as a museum, the other is being scrapped. One I visited-with my family-34 years after I last left her. The other, I'll never see again. And that sucks.

Good point. Just like a split-level or split foyer is still a home. Hmm...now I have to ponder this before rendering a decision.

Decision in. Nope.

OK- you are the FL. Totally your call

C’mon!!!!....NOT a combo!!!!:rollno:
(But a nice rig, nonetheless!! )

What about "snug as a bug in a rug"?
That's not how rhyming slang works. Persian rug could be spoken to mean drug, though. Rhyming slang only rhymes at the end, such 'apples and pears'. Leaving out the latter word(s) can leave you not having a Scooby Doo. Apples and pears means stairs. Potatoes in the mould is shortened to taters and means cold.

At least one rhyming slang goes in two steps. Arris comes from Aristotle. Aristotle is bottle. Bottle and glass is the same as Khyber Pass. I'll let you work it out. Come on; move your Aris. Hissing Sid is money - quid being pound. That will cost you ten Hissing Sids.

Be warned that making up your own can make some folk that speak it angry. I don't give a Donald.
