Sick of being sniped on eBay? I was too, but now I just play the game like them: Invalid Link Removed (best part, free!). Now, I just set the amount I want to pay and forget it till the auctions over. Naturally, you'd have to have a machine on and connected to the net for this to work right. Happy sniping!

Also, I had a GT7, which I sold on eBay then bought a BD7 and it's well worth the extra $. The electronics are far superior and I prefer the feel of the BD7 to the GT7.

I've never played a Conklin bass........however, I live in Springfield,MO and I've been to the point of origin of Conklin instruments and met their creators! (I am a luthier) Very nice people and a true love for their craft. Lots of cool concept stuff that would just blow your mind!!!
