I love my 8x10. I am searching for an alternative. A much lighter one. I am hoping to equal the frig. But more sound? Whats your secret? I'm contemplating a Greenboy build.

I'm in the process of doing this same conversion but loaded with eminence sc-10 neo speakers. They are 2.5 db louder than the Ampeg with more lows and highs available. I'm pretty hopeful.
