Scuba has outspent me and I know the absurd amount I've spent. Even purchasing most products used.

Useful Arts BF-1 or BF-S...So with the discussion about the RNDI needing Phantom power and people wanting to be self sufficient it got me thinking about DI boxes that use AC mains power. We all run power for pedal boards, so these might be a good option.
Ones that come to mind are:
Reddi
P15
Khan
Teegarden Fat Boy uses its own 24dc supply
What others are there?

So do the Useful Arts...with some eq capability, too.Noble is another. I like the the Khan because the tube signal goes to the 1/4" as well as the XLR. Not always the case.
True. The form factor is a little odd though. The demo of the Khan I found sounded so good.So do the Useful Arts...with some eq capability, too.

Yeah I saw your post on this. I think i would want an all in one solution. You can get a power injector for phantom power. I think it's about $60, but you can get it.
I bought a passive Radial Pro that I tossed in my gig bag in the event I need it. The power supply would have been cheaper.
Yeah I suppose that is Preamp and DI rather than DI only. But yes.Noble is another. I like the the Khan because the tube signal goes to the 1/4" as well as the XLR. Not always the case.
It's time you got your own YT channel, you could probably rake it inI wish I did.
Not all that different.True. The form factor is a little odd though. The demo of the Khan I found sounded so good.
Y'all forced me to buy the Doc Lloyd PDR, and now I have forced myself to buy this...
