The Homosexuals

This thread is making me wish I had my entire iTunes library why I am on my current business trip. Here I am at the airport with only 10% of it on my iPhone...

We are getting closer to the style of the 4Skins now...
Never realized the relations from 4Skins to Cockney Rejects and Cock Sparrer.
Those Legionaires fellows if I remember correctly were a major influence on Verbal Abuse. I think VA was from or originally from the Houston area?

They also released a bunch of songs under pseudonyms in an effort to make it on the radio. In the 90s, when buying import CDs was still an adventure, I scored a "tin" edition 4Skins compilation that came in a small think tin with a bunch of logos and stuff inside. It's great how everything is just a click away nowadays.

Who'd a thought back then that later in your life you'd be sitting in an airport with the worlds punk rock at your fingertips.

I've recently dusted off my cassette collection and found a old tape Walkman and it came equipped with the Mega Bass button. Haha and some old bands I've forgotten about like Crass

Ahhh, the Crass, must have a ton of that in my library at home somewhere.

My brother had the holy grail of cassette Walkmans, he had one of those yellow ones that were supposedly splash proof. I had one of those boring black ones.

Did his have the funky door that snapped shut with a rubber gasket?

Not trying to start anything but some of you guys are pretty quick to dismiss music YOU don't like, too.

I like a bunch of music styles, I also don't care for a lot of types of music. I don't go pooping on the music I don't like in online forum threads dedicated to that music. That's just me though. Quite the opposite, I actually like discussing music I don't like, especially the technical aspects of it. After all, so much music I like comes from/is influenced by music I may not like.

This is like when people come say effects suck in the effects threads.
