I got it yesterday, and it definitely is. But, the neck is insanely thin width-wise, so it kinda ruins me for most other basses.

How long for your Krappy bass to get made? There were a couple in line ahead of mine as of a couple of weeks ago so I expect he'll be getting to it soon but the anticipation is killing me!

Depends how full Kevin's bench is that particular time. For me, I had my Krappy Twiggy-4 in just under 2 weeks. I was amazed!
a year ago i waited two months for my 12 stringer... probably 6 months ago a student in Napa waited a couple of weeks... a friend of mine ordered one recently and got it in 2 weeks as well, as did another buddy in san fran; perhaps kevin's even faster now than ever from the looks of things!... kevin's work is darned quick, and an added plus he sends such nice progress pictures of the build... greets to all, have enjoyed all the soundfiles around here very much!
It's underway! Neck made and fingerboard on, body wings roughed out and dry fitted.

I've got a new recording with my Krappy - this week I decided to do some hip-hop covers of classic country songs, and really how can you not use a Krappy in such an endavor? You can hear it in all its filthy glory at "Bros In Low Places" at Link Removed - some NSFW language.
The bassline is played on DB, there are also some arco parts on DB, and I'm using my Krappy for the two tracks of distorted parts. Using the three-string neck the whole time. The other song on the page is all done on DB.

According to the tracking my Krappy has spent the last week in transit in New York. Hopefully they put it on the big bird someday soon.

Who knows. I'll try to set up the profile again tomorrow. What matters is that the Krappy is getting plenty of use. I should take some Official Band Pictures with it, too, since it's so absurd. Perfect for this project.
