Hi!
I'm having problems with my current cab and I need to get a cheap one to replace it so I can send it to repair.
I've been looking at the Kustom Deep End 210H II at Thoman. It has the right price and fits my needs of a not so big but powerfull cab.
I can't find any reviews on this specific cab. At Thomann this cab has 2 reviews, none written, and one gives it 5 and the other 1, so it's dificult to make any opinion on it.
Does anyone of you has any experience with it?

I don't have the II-version, but my main rig still use a combo of the Kustom Deep End 210H and Kustom Deep End 115H. To me, this is a good cab. Solid and obviously a good value for the money. There are both more articulate and more efficient cabs, but the sound is deep and clear and these cabs do the job.

It seems like the II-version has better power handling, and I think the speakon socket is new. Other than that, the design looks similar. I think it will do the job while you wait.

I've received my Kustom DE 210H II last thursday and took it to play on a gig on saturday.
It's a solid cab, a bit heavy, but has power, punch and definition.
All in all, I feel it was a great buy for 199 euros new. Makes me wanna get a 410 for those special gigs to stack with this 210.

Not sure how I missed this thread all these years. I've posted this pic else where but here is my Kustom 2x15. Have removed the CTS speakers and dropped in Emminence Kappas. Probably reducing the weight by 12-15 lbs. Still heavy though!
On top is a custom rack I built and had a local upholstery guy give it the Tuck & Roll treatment.
Lots of compliments at the 2 gigs where I've used it.

hello all, just picked up a Kustom III head, Kustom 2x15 cab and fender 1x15 cab for almost nothing. looked up the serial number for the head which dates it to 1977. head powers up, but I'm getting no sound plugged into either cab. not finding much info about this model on line, anyone have experience with it? any ideas? thanks!

I have a chance to buy a 100 bass head that does not power up. The owner knows nothing about it. The can appears to be in nice shape. Asking $100. If I can get it cheaper is it worth taking a chance?

Unless you can diagnose and fix the electronics entirely by yourself, the financial answer is it's not worth it. If you fix it to use it, it's underpowered for playing with a band. What might make it worth it is if you pull out the guts and mount a modern amp in the tuck-n-roll casing. That would make it interesting and fun for on stage.

Thanks, yeah it a nostalgia thing. Would never leave the house. I'm OK with a soldering gun but this may be beyond me.

Still on the hunt for a Kustom setup. For sale near me listed as a bass (?) cabinet with Jensen C15Ls. Asking $150. Your thoughts please.

I've got that exact cab....same color and all. Mine probably has more ciggy burns in the sparkly naugahyde than yours, tho! It still has the OEM CTS speakers. I have the matching 150-watt head as well. Great vintage tone! Every garage band in the early 70s was rockin' these rigs in my neck of the woods.

Oh....btw......BUY IT!!!!!!

Found a gold K150, bass owner says it looks and sounds good. Alas it's 4 hours away! If it's worth it I don't mind the drive.

They are asking $four hundred. I'm not sure if it's worth the trip + cash.

What problems can I expect? I know they need a 3 prong plug added. Will I need to have electronics upgraded, old caps etc? It has Altec speakers in it, if orginial will they need to be reconed due to age. I would do the plug, anything else would go to a tec. Any advice appreciated!!

IMO, that's a very good deal for one in that condition.

Hey everyone,
A good friend of mine gave me his 2x15 black tuck & roll cabinet.
We unscrewed the back access panel , and besides the way someone soldered, what looks like a guitar jack. Everything else looks good.

Yesterday I was jamming with my drummer, and good friend. I was belting out some grooves, when things went silent.
I tried different speaker cables, switched heads, nothing.
I found these speakers inside, square magnets??
If I posted in the wrong thread, please post in the correct one mod..
