Wow, old group and not much posted. I started off with an RB-3 practise amp which I still have. Now I have 2 Nexus 410s that I use with my GK head. Love Laney. See a lot of them over here too. British made and all that.

Cheers. I've heard the 810 isn't much different to 2 410s. Those heads do look snazzy though. I may have to try one out at some point. I do quite enjoy my GK head though.

Yer, I've heard nothing but good things about GK. I am personally thinking of getting a tube preamp in the interim, until I can afford a tube head.......

Sup buddy? I can't help you with your question that relates to pairing up your RB5 to a 410, however; I can provide you with a Laney Club membership number..... which is #8.

Yes, I just discovered. You have to be unique to one with an impedance of 8 ohms. Great, but which I recommend to use.
