The Grievance Chair will schedule a Step 1 meeting in the Local office where the grievant, MysticBoo, and Management will attempt to resolve the grievance. If no resolution is achieved, MysticBoo will poll the Grievance Committee to determine whether to move the grievance outside of the Lefty union.........

I'm a lefty but I was taught to play guitar and bass as a righty. It frustrates me that I don't play lefty because my left hand is stronger and faster than my right.

I play lefty inverted. As a nipper I plucked basslines on a conventional righty six-string accoustic. Found I was quite good at it and never saw the need to change.

Might start a sub-club for inverted leftys. The best bit is when you borrow someone's RH bass and freak them by playing their bass upside down.
