So... I've found myself in a weird situation where I need to get my hands on some cash quickly for a build I've had in-process for quite some time. The easiest way to do it would be to sell my Mike Lull bass (that I JUST got...ugh!). Cool thing is, when things even back out, I can get easily another one (probably not in this righteous shell pink ). They're so consistent, I'm sure I'll be just as happy the 2nd time around.

My new Lull M5V build arrived yesterday. It's such a beauty, and a monster player! The charcoal frost finish looks even better in person.

FYI, I have a new, unused tortoise pickguard for sale for a Lull P4. I bought it to be a little different than my P4's original pickguard, but it ended up looking very similar.

A rare blustery day in So Cal, made me think of Seattle, and then Mike and Spencer.

time to take some pics of my latest acquisition from Brad. A shell pink PT4 with a roasted maple neck and ebony fretboard. I couldn't have conceived of a better build for a bass, and the bass is just fantastic.

I swapped a P4 for this lovely short scale, Mike really nailed these - tone, feel, and balance are all perfect!

Would anyone be interested in trading a black P4 pickguard for my tort P4 pickguard? It's aftermarket, but it fits perfectly. I just don't care for the look.

So I sold my Lull.

This morning I woke up to an Instagram post of another Lull. This one's not pink (It's Honey Burst. And it has 24 frets!).

So... I bought another Lull.

I don't think I'll be selling it anytime soon.
