This is my first fully blind bass purchase... But I am totally confident that this bass will not disappoint. The only thing better is if I could've found my black on black w/ maple board (hint hint)... Oh well, I like sunburst too!
I just asked the seller for more pics to tide me over... I can barely contain my excitement right now!
Can I have a member number or do I need the bass on hand for that???
Thanks again guys... I'm on a roll and feelin' good!
A couple more questions... My seller didn't have the specifics on this one - pickup/pre... I am waiting for the serial number so I can email Mike to ask.
Anyway, I noticed that it didn't have a string-thru-body B string... Does that mean it's older? But it should still be 35" scale as all Lull 5's, right?

WHAT??? Ok, that's it... I'm going to your house Wednesday, and cracking that box first myself and I'm gonna' be the first person to play it. That's right, I might even peel the protective wrap off the elex cover and spill beer on it. I'm also gonna' do my crappy attempt at slap and pop to put the first fret marks on it. Yep. You'll be playing a "used" bass on Thursday. You best rethink your priorities...Man, that would be an amazing day. The only thing is I am at a University 45 minutes from my home and Wednesday night I have a Phyiscs exam at 7. So I might have to wait till Thursday to get my hands on it.

Yeah, right, like I need what hair I have left all fro'd out. Nah, I think I'll pass...Ah, I see, good thing I assembled a system that is set to put 2000V through ya if anyone opens before me or my fam... O wait, I mean, go ahead Vic, I would be honored to have you play it first![]()
Man, these are awesome. I am surprised they are not more talked about on Talkbass.
Where do you buy Mike Lull Basses, and where are they made ?? I'm in California, and I have never heard of them. They OBVIOUSLY have a loyal following.![]()
Gelb Music in Redwood city and Bass and Beyond in Sacramento both carry Lull's near you.Where do you buy Mike Lull Basses, and where are they made ?? I'm in California, and I have never heard of them. They OBVIOUSLY have a loyal following.![]()
