that was the first game i can remember that made me think "what's going on here...?"
My other favorite Invalid Link Removed series. These were the worst officiated games I've ever seen in my life in any sport. I lost interest in the NBA for a year after this one.
I also noticed Turiaf throwing towels whenever the C's were taking freethrows, pretty juvenile, and certainly not professional. Then again the C's don't behave in a professional manner by screaming at opponents taking 3's in front of their bench.
Look for KG to have a great game tonight, Pierce too. I hope they'll pound them the way they did Atlanta in game 7 of round one.

Me too. I thought it was appalling and ridiculous how Wade went to the line practically every time he touched the ball, and for the most part he was just running straight at the rim.
Not just screaming. Screaming and slapping their hands together as hard as they can.

DISSmantling the Lakers. Like I said before, this was not the NBA finals, that was two weeks ago when the C's beat my Pistons.
Wow, I did not watch one single NBA playoff game, so are the Lakers really as bad as the 40 point butt whippin' they just got?
I'm happy for Ray Allen. I have never been a fan of KG, so I don't really care that he finally won a championship.

While I'm a sad hometown boy who wishes his Lakers coulda done better... with this game they absolutely DIDN'T deserve a win. The Celtics as a whole just did a whole metric ****ton better... and hardly just in this game.
And I've liked Garnett since I first started liking basketball and especially playing NBA games on the PlayStatoin... so I'm happy he's got a win.

Gotta love Garnett goin' all deep'npoopie then pausing for the "Damn...you look good, Girl". LOL
The Lakers showed some serious flashes of brilliance throughout the series (heck...they showed enough to win two games). Tonight the Celtics didn't just flash brilliant for a quarter or two, they kept it going for the entire game.
i think all the kobe/mj comparisons should have officially stopped after the game 4 choke-fest in which LA blew a 24 point lead AT HOME to the C's. Although if that wasn't enough to get the kobe fanatics to quiet down, i sure hope this 39 point embarrassment does the trick.
