The Official MARUSZCZYK CLUB!

I'm on a bit of a fretless binge, and no matter what I try this is the only thing I can get out of the configurator...

Weird.

Joking aside, if I'd put my own taste into it it might be a bit more like this:

That configurator has been taking waaaay too much of time recently.. Case in point:

Where is the Mesinger line of basses on the PP food chain? I haven't seen any posted here, and wondering if they are a lower line to Marusczyuk?

Mensinger is the name of the factory in Poland which makes the Maruszczyk basses. They also have their own line of instruments. As far as I am aware, the quality is as good as Maruszczyk.

Does anybody know where I can get more information? I found something that really caught my eye, and although some of the specs are listed some are very vague. For example it just says Maple neck with no info about whether it's quarter sewn or the profile...etc. I went on their website specifically and on the internet in general and wasn't able to find much.

Salut Pierre!!
Well actually I did asked him for my Elwood, and he answered that it was possible. I found out that 40 mm is just too small for me but it can be also due to the shape of the neck itself.
I didn't think that 2 mm would make such a difference and was kind of "laughing" at people who argued between P bass neck and Jazz neck.
But when I got my Music Man Cutlass (by accident), oh boy, I knew that this was the kind of 4 string bass neck that I enjoy the most, and allow me to play effortlessly.

Yep, Same for me but with 42 mm neck. Or 5 strings bass to eliminate incredible stretch.

the only thing he ever turned down was custom shape and compound radius ... in 3 years
