Heard back from Adrian. He can build my bass as spec'd. He offered some top options. He had only 2 Carribean Rosewood tops in stock so he offered me some Koa tops. I chose this one:
Hello, maruszcyk owners, I have a deep interest in frog these days, and I have some simple questions about it.
1. What is their fret made of, nickel or stainless?
2. Does the maple fretboard come out coated? I don't want to get stressed with fretboards like ebony
3. How do you think of frog? About its playability and sounds compared to other boutique basses.

You should start by playing with the configurator, to understand all the options available for a Frog. And watch some YouTube videos with Adrian demoing the Frog.
#2 my Maple neck has a thin matte finish
#3 really depends on what electronics you’re considering… I’m not sure what other boutique basses you’ve played/owned so would be hard to make that comparison for you. For me, it plays as well or better to other similar constructed basses, very similar neck to my Skjold with zero fret… But comparing to my Mayones and Warwicks it is completely different as the neck dimensions and woods are so dissimilar.
Which burst color is that please? I think the configurator does not do a great job of displaying the burst options, so hard to tell what something will really look like.
Strongly considering this; do you know if you can request a smaller vintage fret size?

Not sure about the fret sizing, you can email to ask or if you’re working with a dealer (like Randy at BassSpotlight) they can tell you for sure.
For pickup spacing/position you need to provide the exact location from 12th fret to center of the pickup (measured in metric) like this.

I asked for a stainless steel zero fret, and he was OK with that request.
I requested smaller frets for my Frog and former Ekwood and got them.
It is a little bit hard to describe the Tension, but i like them. Not to stiff and not to flubby. I get them on a Recommendation from Adrian and he was right. They're great.
Thank you, I just placed an order for the .040-.100 set from Adrian. Next time I’ll try the Elixir and compare both sets to see which strings I like best.
@Grueber while I’m waiting on my new Paddock to show up in a few months I’ve started fiddling with another ramp idea for my Mayones… I’m using a 3-ply approach with Purpleheart wood. The 2 bottom layers form the cavities and the top is solid with the logo etched… I still have some work to do with laminating these pieces, and a bit of sanding/shaping and then maybe a light clear matte finish. I’ll use some thin 2-sided tape on top of the pickups so it’s reversible and no adhesive on the body.
If the final version works out for this bass I might use the same approach on the Paddock once it arrives.
I’ve sanded and arched the top a bit then redid the etching with a little larger image and put a matte clear finish (waiting on it to fully cure).
Also came up with a clever alternative to using the two-sided tape, I found some thin adhesive backed felt sheets that I’ve applied to the bottom and wrapped the felt down into the cavities, so it will provide enough tension to just push down over top of the pickups and because of the soft felt it won’t damage the pickups or the wood body.
Once the new Paddock shows up I’ll select some appropriate wood that looks good with that top and perform the exact same approach that I’ve done here.

Interesting. I don’t think I’m quite understanding what keeps the downward pressure over the pickups. Is it just snug in place because of the felt?
