Thank you!　To be honest, I've seen yours before, but I was so taken with the beautiful body that I didn't recognize it as an L...!

Here's my 30" Elwood L. I've had it since October and still can't put it down.

Wow, It's small in body, but so hot! I also like lots of knobs on it.
Me too, I'm crazy about their 30" bass guitar.

You should do a side-by-side image with both basses adjusted to the same size, as best you can. It's an interesting experience to see how your bass came out compared to the configurator.

Especially the headstock, the real thing is many times cooler.

A friend asked me lately to changed a wiring in his Jake C from stock to Artys-Custom in order to get some ''softer and warmer'' sound.

Anyone seen a silverburst Maruszczyk before?

The colour isn't on the configurator, but I'd imagine it's doable (I mean, they can do inca silver, and they can do bursts) - just wondering if there's been one to give an idea of how it'd look. Googling isn't turning up much.

They all look nice, but the effect on that black bass is really dramatic!

I hope to achieve a similar effect on my Adamovic that's in the process of being built. Boire wood body top, with ziricote fretboard, knobs, and pickup covers.

I have a 32" scale Joker B on the way to me. Question about roundwound strings for this bass. Will traditional long scale strings fit. I have been using DR Sunbeam, Pure Blues, SIT foundations,D'Addario EXL170-5TP.
Do I need to search for medium scale roundwound strings (there are not that many) or can I just cut the long scale strings to the correct length? I am mostly concerned with the low B or low E with cutting too far into the string end.

I have a Mustang that wants medium scale strings, so I feel your pain. The common TB wisdom says a round wound E should be OK, and I am currently using long scale Pressurewounds on my Mustang with no issues. The B may be pushing it. Larger diameter tuners will help.

Jus t a heads up, I put my 30" Mensinger Cazpar with White Ebony fretboard in the classifieds. I have a new Cazpar build that I will be replacing this one with.

I had never even heard the name Maruszczyk but I'm now a believer.
I'm going to post over in the electronics section... I'm wondering if putting a 3 way switch in will allow me to get a bit more true "p bass" sound off the neck pickup.
I love the sound with both pickups turned full on... it's really full, punchy, and clear. I'd just love the ability to get the thumpy sound of a pbass off the neck if possible. I might try a set of compression wounds or even flats... not sure if that will make the dual pickup configuration lose the dimension I'm liking though.
Anyone happen to know if these are the AL or FE pickups by chance?

After looking at the website a bit closer the AL have the big pole pieces too… I did notice that it seems the AL have a black logo instead of white so I think they are FE which makes sense. They are pretty bright for that style of pickup.
