I'll have a double!.....Waiter, I'll have whatever he's having please!
Haha! Cheers! Please do! I work four 10s, Monday to Thursday, so this is my Friday and I'm having a nice cocktail to unwind! Vodka and cranberry. The workweek is all cynicism and disgruntlement, but the weekend is bass time! Totally rejuvenating to wind down with fellow bass players!Waiter, I'll have whatever he's having please!
@Pierre Ganseman has some great videos that I have found to be very helpful with regards to the Maruszczyk basses! The latest one to get my attention? This.....
i'm very lucky with my video team. I literally have zero input with them, i just sit on my fat ass and wait for dropbox to update. While the company is doing not bad at all (dare I say good? O_O) I understood on my second day i just had to delegate to have any chance of success
i think its a gigantic part of selling online these days, good quality demo... (which Adrian understood 100000% obviously)
Totally agree, and his demos of the different type of pickups he offers is absolutely unique!!
Although, all these demos has to be taken with caution, because all the parameters that are involved with uploads to Youtube.
Every thing recorded by Adrian has zero processing on the sound itself. They started doing pickup presentations because its actually completely. impossible to describe a sound to anybody. My idea of "fat and amazing" will be somebody else's "¨¨¨¨¨¨¨dude , *** are you smoking"
there's zero processing on my own too, and yes indeed , cause FB and Youtube will "handle sound" differently ... i know nothing about that though. Just Bo who told me.

Thank the bass gods that I don't dig short scale basses, otherwise I'd already own a Joker![]()
I was going to point in the same direction except that I was going to apologize....They exist in 34"!

Better thank me now!![]()
While I like the Public Peace videos very much and I am glad that they are available, I personally find the Bass Freaks videos more useful for me when evaluating audio/tone. I'm no "Bo Waterschoot" but I find that Bo's playing is closer to how I would use the instrument. No disrespect to Adrian and again, I'm very grateful for his videos...
Hi , Bo does "real tunes" / composed grooves cause we simply have time to. I have sold 130 basses in 2017 and have managed to put out about 55 Videos total. If the output / sales Keep going up its really unsure how much longer we can keep this kind of video going (its actually really time consuming)
The output Adrian has doesn't allow anything of that sort (sale and video wise). And he's one of the busiest person I know....
thanks for feedback though , in the end we only try
Pierre, I appreciate having both sources. The stuff in your videos is more groove oriented most of the time and it's a lot easier for me to imagine how that instrument would work for me since my playing is also more groove related. That's all. By no means is that a slight on Adrian's offerings. I watch ALL of the videos and dream.....![]()
Have y'all in the states been hit with import duties when these arrive?
I didn't have to pay any... bass arrived from Europe packed well, and I was happy.
I understand that it's hit or miss with import duties.
