The Official MARUSZCZYK CLUB!

Beautiful!

I guess we will be seeing more sofa shots this week, Adrien said on the e-mail he will be away at NAAM next week.

I'll be at NAMM next week also, first timer! .... I'm hoping to get a chance to meet Adrian, I'm psyched to get to play the basses they bring to the show!

I'm hoping Wojtek Pilichowski will be there doing some product demos.

She's got insane hands!!!

yes ... well simple answer to that.... start at 15 years old. Be 46 and have done absolutely nothing else but playing bass and still practice up to 10 hours a day. O_O ... god damn.. still inspires me 15 years on (met a while ago, Bo was my teacher when iw as 16)

What would be the easiest way to buy an extender key (drop D) for my Frog Beta 4 ... going through Public Peace or aftermarket?

This is a pic of the back of the headstock ... I'm not with the bass right now so I can't check the manufacturer ... Anyone know?

Bo is really proud of the Bass Faces .... 35 years on and still practicing.

I love to see the reactions of players like Bo! In many of the videos I've watched, there appear to be instances where Bo has more of a "analytical look". Then at some point something about the instrument, music or both causes reactions. You can actually see enjoyment.

yes , only need some kinda food and a bass, then will dissapear for days on end lol

I'm sure your bass will sound great! The bass player in the video makes every sound fantastic!

I've told Pierre the same thing! Not that Adrian doesn't sound good, he does, but I just find that I can get better idea of how that instrument would sound in my hands from Bo's playing. I'm not Bo. Not by a LONG shot! The playing style in most of the Bass Freaks videos is just closer to how I would play.

I get it and agree!

Adrian is more of jazz fusion type player where Pierre plays bass in manner where
you feel what he is playing if that make sense to you!

Ok, I went with the Delano Sonar 3MS/E preamp for my build.

It's got three bands and a toggle switch to allow mid center to be selected (300, 500 or 800 Hz). Does anyone have any experience with that setup?
