Are you sure it is not an issue with the PA?
Some times the "sound guys" down there are always to blame for the bad sound of a gig.

No, not an issue with the PA. In fact, the bass might sound great in the room but onstage I just can't get it to sound the way I want it to. This is most often a problem with basses that have accentuated harmonics vs fundamental. All those upper partials ring out in the living room and can sound great but as soon as cymbals and guitar are added onstage the frequencies just get eaten up. Anyway, I don't have that problem with any of the basses I'm currently playing!

Just a couple shots of the kids. I expect the new arrival mid July. Walnut/quilted maple with a maple neck and ebony fretboard check'm out!

Picked this one up last week and she just kills. Tight, focused, piano like tone. Playability, smooth and fast. Best slap tone I've ever played. I was unsure about the Mango top at first, but it's stunning in person. Thanks for listening.....

Figured mango Grade-10 top on a makore body.
Maple neck with a 24 fret Honduran rosewood fingerboard.
Mango knobs, truss-rod cover and headstock veneer. World-MTD logo on the headstock.
