My Spector, Hartke HA3500 + Pro2200 Cab. Love the lot, but am toying with the idea of chopping in for a Fender Jag or Jazz.

I once wrote up a list of what I thought was the ultimate bass collection, and I swear that is exactly what I envisioned.

How would you rank the Fender Precision Deluxe? Better than the G&L, or not? I've heard a lot of really great reviews on them.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the Deluxe P, the Squire Jazz at my school sounds better. Haven't heard the G&L

The few Deluxe Ps I have played smoked nutso, especially compared to any Squier I have ever touched.
