Here's an updated shot of the Musicman side of the family.
Thats a lot of basses, does the last one get the J bass sound and the P bass sound? and how does it sound with both pickups at the same time?

Well poopie, the app won't let me upload a picture of the latest addition to the family.
I picked up a Stingray5 in Chili Red from Sweetwater a few days ago, in the double bucked configuration. It has replaced my Adam Clayton Signature bass as my go-to axe because the neck is amazingly fast and smooth, the tonal variety i get from the double buckers, and the overall feel is just spot on for my play style.
Still can't believe I ever got rid of my first Stingray5. But we're back together now.

Haven't posted a family photo in a while:

Here's what I thought was the whole family until a couple days ago when I found out my first bass (a black sparkle boat finish bb3000 that got sanded down and Tung oiled, everything replaced) has been in my freaking brother in law's attic!!!
But until then, here's the bass I had made in about 1996, after which I didn't have a need to continue buying basses OR amps:

I hope you got it after they dropped the price recently. All of their chili red basses took a considerable discount this week.
The one I got wasn't part of the sale, so it didn't matter that I got it before the sale.
Regardless, I love the bass and the cost wasn't an issue.
