Just finished building my “51 ASAT”
My newest addition to the stable, a Squier VM Telecaster.
Question on your Hofner.. Looks like you did some work on it .like teacups!.. did you paint or replace the switches to white ones and ad a fake zero fret??????????
Yeah I immediately replaced the knobs on it for teacup knobs. I just painted the switches white and painted the nut white (excluding the string cutouts) and painted on what essentially looks like zero fret. I also sanded off the TRC that said "Ignition Series" and painted it black. Wanted to give the bass more of a vintage look. Considering I did that back in 2015 with basic acrylic paint, I think it's held pretty well!
It’s all about “Perspective”...
Streamliner? Been drooling over them the past couple of years...
Just picked up a GAMMA. Very happy!
I can't see past your beautiful smile! Hope you are well, Sis!
Alright, already... the bass is cool, too!
That pearly white pick guard matches her teeth.
Brushing them as we speak!!
Love it! And I say that as a guy who is reluctant to to fall in love with any bass you bring home.
That is super rad. Nice build!
Awesome bass great color
This is my MIM P- Bass. The pickup coil broke shortly after I bought it, so it has the Fender ‘62 P-Bass pickups in it now.
It has a stacked volume/tone, and the chicken head knob is a selector that switches between capacitor “A”, capacitor “B”, vol/tone bypass, and an off position that kills the output. Might take one cap out or lose the “off” position and do something like add a built in fuzz one day.

Beautiful bass, I like your smile.
don't put a tort pickguard on that beauty
don't listen to people who will tell you that your new bass needs a tort pickguard
