Looks like a '65.
Well I just received this one today and am really happy that it is not damaged in shipment. I have seen other folks have theirs bunged-up.
Ibanez Standard SR400EQM - Dragon Eye Burst
Sweet. I'm steadily becoming an Ibby fan.
Had my eye on this one before I picked up my Aerodyne. Still want one, but great call!
It is nice! Light too
I was playing an Ibanez gsr200 SM with the gray burst finish and was seriously thinking of bringing it home and then the store opened up an affinity bass package and knocked $30 off the price. After playing it, it came home with me. But I still think about that 200, what a nice bass. Someday...
New aquisition: Fender American Original 60's Olympic White.
Beautiful! Have you had a chance to check her setup?
My friend had made the setup and it was spot on.
Beyond the bass, which is really cute, I love the library on the background, feels peaceful to me and very harmonious
Thank you! They're my other passion.
It's my escape button to another dimension.
ala Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy
You can see that book in the back next to the neck...
The bass is beautiful and I find the amount of blue colored books hypnotic for some reason.
Bet 'cha those three different knobs perform three different functions.
yes - saw it!
That is weird. Good weird. I like it a lot.
If only it were a lefty.
Gotta' have empathy for the lefties - but.., at the same time there's more to be considered for custom builders... (shameless plug!) Seriously, isn't that why a lot of lefties switch-hit on commonly available (righty oriented) kit? I know it's a struggle (one of my sisters is a lefty) but I always felt lefties had an advantage (in a way) because many times they became ambidextrous right? Is this still true? To me that's huge - like being versed in another language.
