Road Runner Highway Premium Electric Bass Gig Bag Black 656238049726 | eBay

it's a little bigger than the incase and perhaps a little heavier but I dig it . Poormans incase ? It has a weird cover that zips open for the pockets but I dig it overall .

I dig the "pocket zipover" - Less easy access, but also harder for others to casually rummage through yer bag...

That is a nice case. It fit's your bass well.

However, my Sire Marcus Miller bass came with what may be the nicest gig bag on the planet.
It has the neck wrap, the bottom padding, the handle, the best strap system (perfectly placed and padded), a hook for hanging at the top, two well-sized zippered pockets, and a rubber gripper on the bottom. But the best feature is the reinforced siding. There must be a 3" plastic shell sown in the bag. You can pick it up from one end and hold it straight out. It's also light as a feature. And they sell for $50 from sire-usa.com last time I checked. And no, I don't work for Sire. I am just an engineer who plays bass and geeks out when I see something so well engineered.

Fretno

These bags from GC are about the best you can get for the money. I have had Reunion Blues and Mono and a few other so called great bags and these Highway bags are just as good in my opinion and a few dollars less. Right now I have two ofthem.

One for my p and my j basses and one for my Rob Allen. Good purchase. My 2 cents

Also an engineer, bassist and geek, this is the nicest bag I've ever owned.

I agree. I bought a non-Sire bass that came with a Sire bag, and I was amazed at how great the bag was. Still have both. I didn't know they were only $50.

It really is and for the money I'd say it wins a prize . I have all the top bags right on up to the incase and this one can hang price point and beyond .
