I'm a metal machinist/engineer for a living, my woodworking skills are based on this experience and self taught.

Nice B. Gotta love Maiden! Steve Harris of rivet head fame, is one of my favorite players. Very aggressive style and he is all over the stage man! Saw somewhere on tour Reno, NV, Lawlor events center. Classic maiden lineup awesome show.

At this point in time, this G&L JB-5 is my favorite over my MM SR-5 which I've played for over 20 years. It is lighter with a more comfortable neck and the tone is pure Jazz bass with a killer B string. It responds to FX extremely well giving me the most tone options I have ever had. The roughness on the upper horn is a reflection of the ceiling.

I saw the picture before I saw it was you. But just looking at that bass I knew it was GFB.

It was NBD for me on Saturday - added another P bass to the family. Got the bottom P bass that is the limited run. They are like 749 at GC but MF has a deal for 599. So I went to GC and asked for a price match.

Good deal.
