What a cool bass! I really dig the green you chose too.
Well I had a brainstorm and ordered a new cord with a 90 degree male end. Problem solved.
I've been putting a lot of hours on this baby and it's a killer right out of the box, needs nothing. I'm also packing up and came across a John East Uni-Pre 5 I forgot I had... might be time for a little enhancement surgery...
And... that didn't work out. It's not a dead end, but it'll require routing. Until then I at least got something accomplished and redid my set up and pickup height adjustments and it growls even more vicious than before.
My bass guitars are on a trip to the garden. (They are like hunting trophies after the hunt.)

Strings, an oiling, and a few hours getting reacquainted with the Shaguar. I tend to neglect it in rotation, I get it out and say "where have YOU been?" I gotta quit doing that.
It's basically a Jazz Bass on steroids. It's active, although I don't active and the bridge pickup is a little farther back yet than 70's spacing so it sounds a little more snotty that a regular Jazz. Top shelf Fender Japan fun machine.
Looks like a Jag got a Jazz. Reeeeeaaaaallly drunk and 9 months later...

Here is My Bass and my new untried pedal. Enjoy. This is the setup I mainly use best suited for my playstyle...70's metal. Made in Indonesia. MII, I guess. Notice the head stock and lack of use of the string guide. Extra fret position marker for F key of Bass. No mods (Yet). Black Sabbath decal on pick guard.
