Here is my crap setup it consists of... 80's Olympic precision deluxe copy (black one), 2001 Music Man Sterling4 fretless, 2007 rolland mirco cube bass amp (piece of *$^@), and a 2008 korg pandora px5d
Not to bad for a 13yr old!!! The amp is crap, has four speakers and 3 working speakers, broke it playing on the fretless with the gain up too high. I was "gettin' all geezer" ! lol

Well, I'm 16 and gig fine in moderately large venues with a 215w amp and still cut through my guitarists, I would suggest a good quality combo, go around to local stores and try some amps out. Search the amps section of the forum for more info.
