I'll be posting some serious stuff soon, I finally broke down and got a D300 Nikon. I am very impressed with just shots around the house and light meter is the best I've ever worked with. But, I've had to switch computer systems for processing purposes. 12mp, 14 bit RAW files are a whole different world.

Congrats on the new camera burk!

How's it treating you so far? :)

Here are some recent shots from me:

A place called Jökulgil (Glacier ravine). It's in the Icelandic highlands. I took this shot on day 2 of a 4 day trek on a trail called Laugavegurinn

This one is also from day 2 of the same hike. The lake that you can see in the distance was our destination for that day. It's a place called Álftavatn (Swan lake):

This one I took in June. It's a waterfall called Svartifoss (Black fall). It's a popular sight in the Skaftafell national park.

Dang, Ivar, I wish I had half of your scenery available. So far I've stayed local bet here's a few with the D300. These are in a local suburb called Royal Oak. All were hand held (the second one is at ISO 1600). These are med. quality Jpegs, all shots were RAW. I can't wait to for our fall color.

How do I insert images from flickr? I used the link from flickr, clicked the insert button, copied, but the small white square with colors thing appeared.
