I took these at the metro park today. The only editing done is auto balance and resample to either 30 or 40% of original.

All pictures were taken with a Panasonic Lumix LZ8 in Venus Program AE mode, no flash, without a tripod. I'm not exactly a professional, nor do I know what half the functions on my camera are or do.

One from last summer and two new ones:

This one is from last summer, it's from Landmannalaugar, a place called Grænagil (Green canyon):

Here are two new ones from april, me and my woman took a trip up north during the Easter holiday.

Skjálfandafljót (Skjalfandariver):

A waterfall in the same river, Goðafoss:

Here's something I did last year. I really need a tripod, night photography is tricky without one.

DarkReaver, get a tripod as soon as you can. There are many low light and night shots you simply just can't get without one.

And, not limited to low light/night photography, you'll find a tripod will really make you see what you're photographing. I think once you start using one, you'll be hooked. That's a nice shot you've got there, by the way. ;)

Here's a few low light shots I took recently.
16-45mm lens @ 45mm @ f5.6 @ .5 seconds. Fresco effect added to saturate colors and add texture to bricks.

16-45mm lens @ 45mm @ f5.6 @ 1 second.

70mm lens @ f2.8 @ .03 seconds Black border added and colors slightly saturated. Curse those flare rings!
