The Official Warwick Club (Part 6)

My first Warwick!!! Its made in 08, so thats still a German Warwick right?
I have 2 German Warwicks and a Chinese Warwick. My Chinese Warwick has made in China on the back of the headstock, and the serial number starts with RB (RockBass). I dont know how to distinguish between a ProSeries, which is a German/Korean joint venture. I bought my Chinese Corvette $$ as a backup for my German Corvette Std, both being 5ers, and im pretty impressed with the $$... Congrats, and welcome to the club!

I have a blood red one and need to replace the strings...

This bass has more top end than any of my other Warwicks so I'm looking for a string to really bring out the bottom end and maybe some mid lows as well. Any ideas?

Taming the extra zing with Smith Compressors or Slick rounds work well on my Dolphin V

Very excited to be added to the Warwick Club. Back to bass after 5 years off. Always wanted a Warwick and after a whole lot of research and searching I found a great deal on a BO custom shop Thumb 5 2015 that was too good to pass up. The market for the newbies seems to be on par with the older basses but the newbies have full bubinga and wenge and even cool wenge tuners lol. Bass was setup crazy like but new strings and some love has it singing!

Anyway far exceeded any expectation I ever had!I bought it without ever playing a thumb and only ever doodling on a pro series $$ for a minute once...I am meant to play thumb basses I've owned some nice basses even a rare ESP custom bass but it pales in comparison! Looking at that highly figured wenge neck everyday is sheer pleasure and burning that B string is nearly as cool lol.
Thanks TB and Warwick legends think my obsession has firmly kicked in!
