My 01 Epiphone Les Paul 5 String is passive

Great bass, I just cracked the headstock on my EB and it's gone to the repair shop. It's starting to look more road weary than Mike Watt's bass. Did that bass ever turn up?

Are you talking about the Yamaha I posted? I'm not sure what you mean by tone port. Are you referring to the resonance ports through the body? In any case it plays very well. It is one of the best 5-strings I have played with a remarkably clear b-string. It is light and has a tonne of growl.

my Les is actually my pride and joy i take extremely good care of it and it is actually 9.5-10 as a result. which bass are you talking about if your talking about my rig then no that never turned up.

I have never seen a gay battery only new and dead ones ( however, if gay means happy, then YES, a gay battery is one with at least 8.5 volts still left in it )

ZZ Ryder Lo Ryder (cheapo chinese cool looking bass)
Applause AE-40 acoustic/electric (for playing at camp)
Birdsong Cortobass (The Most Awesome Bass Ever Made)

All short scales, all passive.

Have an 08 Deluxe american Jazz. ripped out the pickups and preamp. Installed Rio Grande Vintage jazzes wired V/V/T/T like a 62 but with 4 knobs.

And my other basses are all passive.
