My mom got an electric upright bass....I'm not gunna lie, I want to steal the DiMarzio Model One out of it and stick it in....something. She uses the piezo exclusively, anyway. She wouldn't notice. If anything, it would make it play better (if you fret notes too high, the strings hit the side of the pickup housing)!!
