Road warrior coffee. Drink one half a regular bottle of water, then add folger instant coffee crystals, cap and shake vigorously. Ignore tbe foam. Repeat every 200 miles.

The numbers represent the scale degrees for a 4 string bass tuned in 4ths. First line assumes the E string is the root, 2nd line assumes the A string is the root, etc. If you are into octave displacement , splitting the 5 and 4 across the root, etc, its worth studying the string relationships.
