Well, it didn't last long but some people are really being miserable for what appears to be no real reason (other than they think they are doctors of psychology and they are just dudes living in mums basement)

Bass playing is a skill like golf. It requires practice and concentration, its best done with friends, its expensive, it pisses your wife off, it is enchanced by beer and when you screw up, you blame your gear.
A guitar or bass could hit a home run in every category other than feel–and I wouldn't buy it.
