Ohhh, don't get me started!!! There's been zero wind (big culprit) this week in the South Bay, yet they cut my power for two days as a precaution?OK, so let me get this right.

As I understand it, the big culprit is poor forest management. But I think the bulk of the wild fires are actually started by stupid/malicious/careless humans. But neither of those excuse poor maintenance of power lines.
