I went to the DMV this morning at 9:45am. Myself, a teen taking the computer test and her Father were the only ones in there, though they were fully staffed. Five windows open.
All the chairs were stacked and pushed to the side so no one sat on them, just an empty hall.
I was in and out.

Around here March can be just as bad as January.

Globally, what if they just want us to be home with our loved ones, blissfully unaware the world is about to end due to an asteroid extinction event. Maybe that's why I hear no discussion or planning about how we will recover from all this mess. Just a thought.
Granted, it is off-peak season for heat or cooling but, I lucked out. The service guy came within a couple of hours and had me up and running with no parts expense.
What a GUY! Even refused a $10 tip. I hope that sign of good will is contagious.
