The Reverend Club (part 4)

My band played Joe Naylors daughters graduation party last Sunday. She came walking out with a bass....I notice the Reverend headstock....Then catch a glimpse of the body through the people...For a second, I thought it might be a proto for a new bass......but, it was just a Reverend neck on a p-bass....... bummed.....

If any of you Detroiters are free Saturday night, I'm playing at the New Dodge Bar in lovely Hamtramck. Joe's supposed to be there since the tornado sirens went off 15 minutes into our performance.

Oh New Dodge...I thought you said New Way. I was at The New Way, in Fashionable Ferndale Saturday night...My Bad!:D

I got to see 2 bands I USED to play with, Caustic Attitude, and SAUCE! No trace of a Reverend bass though...

Too bad for us......Their were only about 10-20 people there..Played great, but nobody saw it....I wonder if gas prices are starting to affect the club scene.....Or, it could be us!!

Yeah, the Music Scene in General is lagging. I came with 4 others too. We were about 1/2 the Crowd at The New Way...I got a New Spatula out of the Deal though! Sauce is a Bar-B-Core band, and hand out Grilling utensils to the crowd. :D

*sigh*

coupla thoughts here...

1) If it were me, and I'd done that, I woulda routed the holes further apart, not closer together.
2) The wiring scheme is what I woulda done, except that I wouldna' ha' done it.
3) It might in fact, sound pretty good: modern tone meets semi-hollow...

I think it probably hurts re-sale, not increases it...but, we'll see where it goes, eh?
