Thanks for the info Paul! The turquoise run was more of what I had in mind. I don't think I've seen many of them, but if I decided to hunt one down at least it was a standard color for almost 10 years.

Yes, they are fairly rare and the color is well-liked, so they don't show up too often and when they do, asking prices are typically between about $2,200-$2,600. I've seen a few 330s and 360s listed in this range, but I don't know how well they actually sell in that range.
I suspect a 4003 would be as rare and would fall well in that range as well.

Its cool to see all the various colors of the freboards on those rubies. some light some dark , some inbetween.

So I put my Rick back to stock. I had Hipshot tuners and bridge on it, but decided I wanted to mess around with the mutes now that I have flats on it.
I love thumping around on this thing! Between the flats, the mute, and the heavy rubber pick I've been using, I get some really fat but clear tones.

A lot of TB'ers who are supporting members use both the classifieds in this forum and eBay. Usually, the TB price is a bit lower because you are selling to fellow members but that is entirely up to you.
Craigslist is another option but you have to beware of scams and other shenaningans.
