I’m new to the Spaceman club, I bought a Gemini IV and I’m absolutely in love with it, extended honeymoon for sure.
No - I tend to stay away from them at this point. I prefer to save my pennies for the general release in a limited finish (chrome is my preference).
for years I was buying the secret mission and then the release but in the end, I just don’t care enough any more.
To date he’s never not released a Secret Mission again as a production pedal
I don’t know much about your pedal tastes past what you post, but if there is one I think you would like, it’s the Explorer Deluxe
I have been eyeing that and the mission control. Haven’t taken the spaceman plunge yet, but do love the Broughton Rumblefish which is based on a spaceman.
Spaceman fuzzes are some of the most unique out there. They maintain a clarity that is hard to describe while destroying worlds. they are temperamental and love a passive signal (everyone should have a passive pickup emulator if you love old style fuzzes) but are well worth the hassle.
the mission control is amazing with other Spaceman pedals. I had the Nebula octave fuzz and the Explorer in the Mission Control’s blend function and I could control the Explorer’s rate and phase function in conjunction with the blend creating the coolest fuzz swells I have ever heard.
Pretty stoked for my new Purple Sparkle Apollo VII overdrive....

i spent a bunch of time with it yesterday.
i loved it - love the no clipping setting. Such amazing clear transparent touch sensitive overdrive
they are different but if you only ever use it clean, the Atlas might work better
personally I think the Saturn is more special but the Atlas is pretty great.
