I finished season 1 and the finale was better. The ending with Data and Irving Berlin's song "Blue Skies" was cool.

Body doubles for any scenes not showing his face. Shots undoubtedly filmed in his home in front of a green screen. A show they literally named after him and reworked to portray him as a flawless savior character. I'm not surprised at all he could pull that off.

Scenes of him in front of a camera with a cgi background? While I have no direct evidence of this, it seems likely. It would be cheaper and easier for the production, and would be in line with what Sir Patrick wants. Like having a pitbull with cropped ears living in the 2400s on earth, which might have had something to do with Sir Patrick being passionate about pit bull rescue. Jean Luc Picard doesn't work when Patrick Stewart has creative control, IMO .

Picard S2 is like everyone involved was on mescaline or magic mushrooms. It’s just awful. But I’m still hopeful that the S3 TNG reunion will be good.

SNW ain’t broke and don’t let any never-satisfied malcontents tell you otherwise.

We just finished watching the final episode of Voyager. What a great series. I guess I never appreciated it before because I didn't watch it from the beginning. I think it was almost as good as Deep Space Nine.

Voyager's writing team did the best job of closing out the series. They are head and shoulders over the others. Enterprise is literally the polar opposite. That writing team needs to be spaced.

We're watching Enterprise now. I've seen the whole series, and it's always been one of my favorites. I'm not a big fan of the Suliban or the Xindi, but I like a lot of the main characters. It's a shame it didn't go for a few more seasons.
