What? Nooooooooo!
Well, at least Katherine Katz is continuing on with AnB!
And at least I have, like, 438745938748974589 other doom metal bands I can consult when I feel like hearing some riffs.

In, not so stoner-doom related news... my entire year was made when yesterday it was announced that Pg.99 will reunite and play the entirety of 'Document 8' at Best Friends Day this year...![]()
here's my band from a show 2 weeks ago.
Damn! I love it! Downloading the demo now. Checked out the website. How long until the album?![]()

On another note, anyone in the PG County/DC area want to do a show?![]()
I didn't even know there was one coming! Awesome!
Canada is, overall, one of the best countries in music!
Not stoner rock, I know, but anyone here heard Protest The Hero's new album?

So, anyway...
I've been thinking about recording a stoner rock album with a friend. I want to go above and beyond the whole "wank on the blues scale for an hour with ganja smoke and distortion all around you," though. That's great and all, AND WE WILL HAVE THAT, but still... I need progressiveness! I'm thinking of adding noise layers, industrial elements, musique concrete elements, and other such experimentation... but besides that, what do you guys think? Any suggestions?
Now, I'm not asking for TB to write me an album, but merely to suggest what you'd like to hear in a progressive/experimental stoner rock record!
I'm open to anything!
Thanks, there are some very good bands in Canada these days. I missed Bison BC the last time they were around but they are on my list of bands I want to see live... Them and Ween of course.
So you're writing the new Neuro-ISIS record? What're you trying to say, man?
