I must admit. It is a little weird/satisfying to see people playing songs I wrote.

I always wanted to be a song writer anyways. Maybe I can do some freelance writing for stoner/doom bands.

i've actually considered tryng to do that a few times. I would love to be able to write stoner/metal/metalcore/deathcore songs, i can play them in my head and can notate them, but i don't have the guitar/ double bass drum skills for the parts and there's just no fun being a 1-man-band in that type of metal. but...what band wants to play something composed by someone else?

thought about writing the songs in guitar pro and publishing the midi playback files as the songs...i dunno.

i'm not. i wish i had the (non-bass) guitar skills and drum skills to cause the songs i have in my head to be heard. I don't have the biggest friend group, and nobody who has the skills/ability/mindset to help turn those stoner/death/metal/core songs into songs.

Not really Stoner Metal, More like Hardcore Punk influenced Metal.

We cover Kyuss (Writhe) and have some really sludgy parts to our songs.

We are female fronted as well...

Crystal Lake has better vocals than Cold Dead Hand. We recorded in one night during a practice session and have not had time to fix the vocal tracks yet...
