This is why I love this thread! I've lived here all my life, and never knew about this brutal scene!!! Hell, back in the early 90's, I saw a video for Clutch's Shogun Named Marcus, and loved it. Little did I know, found out in late 90's, that they went to Seneca Valley HS with my sister, and brother-in-law. Also, I went to school with Mary Alice Fallon(Neil's sister) at Quince Orchard HS. Thank You!

Don't forget Billows, formerly known as Old Crow! :scowl:

We play with Admiral Browning all the time. Great dudes. If you want to see a beast of a bassist shred a 6 string bass in an instrumental stoner band, AB is where it's at! Fezz is the man.

In response to Legattabass, Krug's in Frederick has good shows all the time. Lots of good bands come through Ottobar. We play a lot of shows at Vito's in College Park and Chapala's in Burtonsville. Shoot me a PM and I'll try to remember to invite you to the next show. Check out our bandcamp stuff too!

I just saw Sourvein is playing at the Talking Head (part of the Sonar building) March 1st. That should be a sick show for a small venue. Questioner is one of the openers, a really good progressive metal band we play with a lot.
